Visa
If you are an exhibitor or visitor to PR China who requires a visa, please make sure that all of your traveling companions and colleagues have the appropriate visa before you depart.
The following documents (including but not limited to) must be submitted in order to apply for the invitation letter: a copy of the passport's personal information page; exhibitor and visitor pre-registration information; company name and address; arrival and departure dates; etc. It is advised that you get the necessary paperwork ready in advance to prevent delays when applying for a visa.
Get to the fairground
Capital International Exhibition Convention Center (CIECC) is situated in Shunyi New Town, two kilometers from Beijing Capital International Airport and 24 kilometers from Tiananmen Square. Convenient public transportation options include Metro Line 15, buses, airport buses, taxis, and the airport expressways, as well as the Jingmi and Jingcheng expressway, which is part of the highway network. The scenery is also breathtaking.
