Free hotel accommodation

IMPORTANT:

• Free accommodation is provided for pre-registrants of AMR 2020 with application only;
• Check-in date is from March 14 to 16, 2020;
• Messe Frankfurt Traders-Link (Beijing) Co Ltd will cover the first two nights' room rates. Extension stay and other fee incurred will be on guests’ own cost. Any extension fee needs to be paid at Messe Frankfurt Traders-Link reception desk at the hotel;
• Room rates for the extension stay are as followed:
  • Superior Room (1 king bed): RMB 630 (service fee and buffet breakfast included)
  • Superior Room (2 doubles beds): RMB 680 (service fee and buffet breakfast included)
